First of all, a big big big sorry to all of you who ordered from the Christmas collection or the SUEDE collection and were affected by these delays.

Background:

- In the spring of 2023, we found a new agent who could paint our glasses in any color. We started with production for the SUEDE collection. Samples and everything was good. We were promised delivery no later than the last week of September.

- The agent offered to take over the production of the painting on our other colors as well and we concluded an agreement that extends into the summer of 2024. Color samples and everything was good here as well. Delivery was promised as a split delivery with the first delivery in the first week of October and the last delivery in the third week of October.

- During the beginning of October, big problems started with the agent, which then unfortunately ended in us having to cancel the collaboration.

Sequence of events:

- Today, 14/10, we have received information that our glasses will be delayed by a week.

- Today, 20/10, we have received new delivery dates such as 27/10. Then half of the original order of SUEDE and about 500 of the small green cups are promised.

- Today, 1/11, we finally received a first delivery, but it is unfortunately wrong.

- Today, 21/11, we have canceled the cooperation with the agent and will not receive the missing goods from the agent.
